On December 22, Thomson Reuters ALB released its 2025 ALB Litigator of Asia list, recognizing legal experts who have excelled in the field of dispute resolution. Tian Yuan Partner Zhu Xiaodong was included on the list for his outstanding reputation in dispute resolution.

Zhu Xiaodong is the Executive Director of Tian Yuan Law Firm, Vice Chairman of the Ninth Civil Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, and an arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Commission. He holds Chinese lawyer qualifications, ACI-certified international certified financial planner qualifications, and international forensic accountant qualifications. He obtained a doctorate in civil and commercial law in China and an LL.M. degree overseas.
