We advise on the full range of antitrust and competition matters in China, including merger control, government investigations, civil and administrative litigation, and compliance. Our team combines deep subject-matter expertise with substantial experience in contentious and regulatory matters, allowing us to deliver commercially focused advice in complex, high-stakes situations.

Our antitrust team comprises five partners and more than a dozen lawyers dedicated exclusively to competition matters. We have acted in a number of first-of-their-kind and high-profile matters in China, including cases that have helped shape key aspects of Chinese antitrust law and enforcement. Clients value us for our strong China capability, practical judgment and ability to develop clear, effective solutions tailored to their commercial objectives.

We advise clients across a broad range of industries, including semiconductors, telecommunications, internet and technology, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, consumer electronics, FMCG and chemicals.
