On 8 July 2026, Tian Yuan's PRC and Hong Kong teams jointly advised EACON Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 7687.HK) ("EACON"), the world's first listed autonomous mining company and China's largest autonomous mining solutions provider, on its successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The IPO attracted support from 11 cornerstone investors, including Zijin Mining, XCMG Group, Fidelity International and J.P. Morgan, raising more than HK$2 billion. Haitong International Capital Limited acted as the Sole Sponsor.
As one of the early pioneers in autonomous mining transportation, EACON has established itself through its advanced autonomous driving technologies, strong R&D capabilities, full-stack solutions, robust supplier and customer ecosystem, and forward-looking global strategy. According to Frost & Sullivan, based on both the number of active autonomous mining vehicles as of the end of 2025 and 2025 revenue, EACON ranked first in China's autonomous mining solutions market, with market shares of 55.5% and 37.6%, respectively.
In this transaction, Tian Yuan's PRC and Hong Kong teams acted as the PRC legal counsel and Hong Kong legal counsel to the sponsor and underwriters, respectively. The teams provided comprehensive legal services covering both PRC and Hong Kong laws throughout the IPO process and earned unanimous recognition from the Company and all parties involved through their professional expertise and dedicated service.
